Benefit

Diploma production, both initial and reprints, 这是一项资源密集的任务，很难用标准的办公设备生产出高质量的文凭吗.  We have been outsourcing diploma production since 2018; continuing to do do ensures the efficient production of high quality diplomas that reach our students in a timely fashion.  During the pandemic, we started having the vendor mail diplomas directly to students, thus making the process even more efficient and seemless.  这项资助项目提高了效率，减少了在办公室制作和邮寄文凭所造成的浪费，从而使该区受益.

Strategic Direction

        
学生服务副校长办公室通过为学生服务项目和部门提供指导和支持来支持学院的战略方向优先事项, particularly in the areas of meeting enrollment targets, closing equity gaps, and improving processes.  The Office supports the Strategic Direction in these ways:


Supporting Student, Faculty, 员工成功-学生服务提供非教学计划(TRIO), EOPS, DSPS, Inspiring Scholars, Mental Health Services,etc.) that help students meet their basic needs and succeed in school.  Division staff members are regularly trained on how to access these services, what they provide, and how to direct students to them.
